"Day was great - till it wasn't "
Day was great, bought the experience for my son's birthday. He generally had a great time. Until it came time to check out. It was raining and I had to get back home so was expecting check out to be quick. Did not realise it was a queue to check pictures. My son was in the queue for 30 mins before I went to check what was taking so long. I then asked a staff member if there was a way we could get our photos and pay online. The young man took our usb, advised we email the company via the website and request the photos which he had downloaded. Till date, have not had a response and my son it pretty gutted about it. I think maybe they should either utilise all their screens in order to keep lines short especially when it's raining or offer a way to access and purchase your pictures online. Really spoilt the experience for him.

"Terrible cars, lots of scaremongering and contradiction "
Bought as a present and what a waste of my time. Avoid at all costs and don't buy into their scaremongering about the damage waiver. 24 years in the motor trade at various levels and what a joke their "safety" brief is, more of a way to scare you into an extra £25 for the damage waiver.
They also briefed us about building trust with the instructor and how important it is, which is totally understandable. I chose a Ginetta race car, my instructor asked initially if I'd driven on track before which I have quite a lot and replied yeah. He then proceeded to ask me if I was going to be "heel and toeing it then today in this?". What an absolute clown given the companies own brief and instruction....... I then had to ask him the gearbox pattern as there was no indication once he started the car and prompted me to set off. Terrible instructor
Then there's the cars themselves....... one of the 911 turbos was a varation of colours with black bumpers on a green car. Ironic given the scaremongering about the "Mclaren £12k bumper paint cost for them at the dealer if you bump it" brief speech. I observed numerous conversations by their team of faults with the cars during my time at the event. The general state of the cars in presentation was disgusting, the cars were generally battered and not even cleaned. I arrived at 8.30am
I chose a track for my present which I knew in Blyton Park and have driving a lot previously. PSR coned off the track to their specification using the infield element of the track only. In their greed to extract as much money as possible from Joe public, they have around 10 cars going round this extremely short track which they've then bastardised to make it slower with cones. All in all very underwhelming and not much opportunity to experience any car, never mind a battered 2008 911 997 Turbo which they label as a "Supercar.
Avoid at all costs, as "experiences" go absolute garbage!

"Disappointed in my husband’s driving…"
Disappointed in my husband’s driving day. My daughter brought her dad a par experience for Christmas, we at the top gear race track, and paid extra as it was a bank holiday weekend, my husband booked the Lamborghini gallardo , and when he eventually got his turn, the warning lights came on and he basically had to crawl around the track for his first lap. The warning lights eventually went off and went on his second lap, which was not much better, and was not given a chance to retake his first lap, very disappointing, he had waited 6 months for that.

"Psr experience Fast and Furious Gtr "
I usually go to their venue at Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan and have recently been for my 8th time. I’ve really enjoyed it each time and driven nearly all the cars they offer, finding everyone their really helpful and friendly. This last time was my first experience driving their Fast and Furious modified Nissan GTR and was taken back by how fun it was to drive.
It was such a unique experience to try and was blown away hearing it was the actual car used in promotions for the films. As usual the instructor was really helpful inside and made the whole time much more enjoyable. Definitely will be returning and trying that car again.

"Mini Cooper S junior driving experience "
Attended Hooton Race track yesterday for a fantastic experience for my 10 year old son! We booked the Mini Cooper S junior driving experience, and it did not disappoint. Met by the friendly staff who introduced us to the driving instructor, who greeted our son and invited us to take some photos before they begun. It was great watching on from the sidelines as all the manoeuvres were tried, clutch control, reversing, parking, changing gear, manoeuvring and more!
We will be booking again soon, as he couldn’t take his eyes off the super cars either! Great day out, highly recommended 🤗

**UPDATE**: Since posting they have emailed saying they will not issue any refunds to those who post a negative review on Trustpilot. I've told them I can amend the review after they provide a refund. As a result, they will not provide any refund unless I remove my review and sign a gag order which would prevent me from posting any further reviews!! Absolutely obscene business practices.
Original review: I booked an experience at Three Sisters track as a Christmas present for my boyfriend as the 1965 Mustang is his dream car.
We were originally scheduled in for February, for which we both had to book annual leave from work as the Wigan racetrack is an hour’s travel from where we live. However right before the scheduled time I was called to say the car was unavailable and it would need to be postponed to April 26th (2 and a half months later!), for which we would have to book yet another day off work.
We have just arrived at the race track and have been told that the car is unavailable due to a fire which took place in November which we were never informed about. We’ve yet again left empty handed and the only options we were given were to drive a Lamborghini (after paying for a Classic car experience?!) that we never requested or to keep calling up over the coming months to see if we’d get lucky that this car would ever become available again.
There was no ETA, nothing. We’ve wasted our annual leave, our time, and our travel expenses to get here and there was no consideration to even let us know that we would be unable to take part in the experience that we paid for 6 months ago now. At this rate we’d be lucky if it was a Christmas gift for 2024! I am incredibly disappointed and want my money returning now.
