Excellent service and recommended to others looking for PDI or ADI car insurance. I was promised a call back after initially talking over three months ago. This went ahead on schedule and we picked up where we left off and no other broker managed this same simple gesture of Excellent service. I have been using QMT for a couple years now, however the customer service this year stood out by far. I was contacted by Mandy around a month before my renewal, and I had a few issues. Throughout the whole month, Mandy has kept in contact with me, keeping me updated, and has helped me resolve my issues and obtain a renewal for another year. She was a pleasant lady to talk to and she listened to everything I had to say without trying to rush me as most salespeople do.
