Found Richard online . Messaged him about our badly leaking shower , although he was already very busy he made time to fix it and service our boiler . Will be now using him for all future work .

We engaged him to service our boiler and he did more checks than any other plumber has done before. Rich is very thorough but also quick and really knows his stuff, including all about the latest boiler and waste regulations. We have already engaged him for next year and thereafter.

We wanted to revamp our bathroom and downstairs toilet and Richard made that happen with fantastic workmanship, great communication and commitment. He did everything from ripping out the old, to tiling and making good, to fitting the new suites we chose.
We couldn’t /wouldn’t fault him at all. Always happy and so helpful.
