Completed crypto payment was not recognized on their side, which caused the order not to be processed any further. -> Contacted them over WhatsApp and the situation was promptly resolved. Hopefully this won't require manual intervention for future orders.

Other questions were answered quickly as well. Great and friendly support!

Products then arrived as ordered within a few days, DPD tracked shipment inside EU.

Everything inside the box is heavily branded. There were 2 free samples included.

No complaints about quality so far, but this will have to be further checked - with other products where quality is more of a concern than the ones ordered this time.

Product selection / availability is not as big as some vendors, but quite good. Prices can be anywhere from great to market average to expensive depending on the specific product. You have to compare yourself.

Sinds ik deze vendor heb ontdekt, bestel ik niet meer bij anderen (voorheen shopte ik bij verschillende vendors).

De kwaliteit is tot nu toe altijd zeer goed geweest voor alle verschillende producten. Een groot pluspunt vind ik de mooie en stevige verpakkingen van de onderzoeks-chemicalieën en het briefje, de stickers en sample die je erbij krijgt, dit geeft net dat beetje extra wat andere vendors niet hebben.

Hoe de klantenservice is, daar kan ik geen oordeel over geven, want ik heb ze nog nooit nodig gehad. Zeer tevreden en ik raad deze vendor zeker aan!
