Online ordering was straight forward.
The delivery date options were good, I could have had the shed sooner but the date I chose was perfect for me. The emailed information regarding the delivery was very good. The driver Ryan phoned me to let me know what time he was due to arrive and he arrive on time.
Ryan was very friendly and helpful.
The shed appears to be well made and I think it will be fine for the purpose we bought it for.

I received a phone call from the delivery drivers saying we are 10 minutes away they turned up in about 8. Unloaded the shed and placed it where I asked.Phil and Andy could not have been more helpful. Many thanks James Allen

"Inconvenient delivery and incredibly low quality product"

Firstly, I booked a specific delivery date on the website, because I had ordered a very large wooden planter. This was ignored and it just went to DX for delivery whenever it happened to arrive

Secondly, when the product arrived, the materials were incredibly low-quality and required a lot of assembly with my own power drill. It seemed as if the wood had been sourced from a tip and it had been put together by some workers at night in a back lot after three beers.

Disappointed with whole experience. Lack of communication from company. Then advised she’d would arrive 10th -12th, prepared for this…then actually arrived on Saturday 8th with no prior notification.
As nobody home shed was dumped against back garden wall unprotected. When I got home pavement covered in sawdust and plastic strapping left in middle of road which I had to pick up in case it got caught up in cars going down street. To date have been unable to check all components delivered. Final disappointment is that roof of shed does not have felt pre attached. First time this has happened.
