We only used the service for a tenant find (free to landlords) but found that they were extremely professional whenever we had any contact. They found us a suitable tenant and provided us with a comprehensive report on that tenant, I would recommend the service to others without hesitation.

A really excellent service! The landlord’s service was extremely professional and beyond all our expectations, they helped us with the Tenancy Agreement and they made sure that both parties (Tenants and Landlords) were well protected. They were reliable, fast in answering all our questions and to act in solving any problems we had. They were always very friendly and polite over the phone. They gave us lots of useful advice and you only choose and pay for the packages that you want. I will definitely recommend to my friends!

"Great letting agents – saved me a fortune"

Have used the online letting agents a couple of times before. Both times they have been fantastic. I used the £59 advertise only package, as I have lots of properties and prefer to handle the relationship myself, do my own referencing etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will definitely use them again.

I thought the online letting agents were great. The house was up on rightmove less than 2 hours after i had uploaded it. They arranged all the viewings for me, and all i had to do was show tenants around. Then they did the tenant referencing and gave me a really thorough report about the incoming tenants. They gave me a contract too. I didn't use it, as i have my own, but it was offered to me for free. All in all, i thought they were great. Their customer service was equally as good as my high street agent, and it cost me nothing. Clearly they make their money by charging the tenant a fee. I don't know how much it is, but the tenant did say it was less than the admin fee they paid for their last place in Norwich. I would definitely recommend!
