"New to site and use."

Delivery was decent, had in reasonable time frame. Rushed in purchase did not check all products, could have went with different package same product. Product seems to be what was seeking. But just start so cannot say the effectiveness so soon.

"We love Apricot Power"

We love Apricot Power. Only had wonderful experiences until late. This recent purchase arrived missing the packaging, with apricot bars, all with expired dates. The person whom answered the phone, Ashley was very sweet, and a huge asset to your company. The fix to this situation, I believe should of been better. Its one thing, to receive 3 packages of something dumped into a priority box, missing the normal expected packaging, but the synergy of this, PLUS, individual items all having expired dates on them, makes the situation much worse. And I emailed the company,I was shipping them back today, and the email response I received was, when, they could tell they were shipped back, then, they would send out the product appropriately this time. As if to say, we do not trust you, you will send back. When we see for sure, you are sending back, then, we will fix the mistake. Also I'm wondering, why did they want these bars back so bad. Did they just remove the expired labels, and put new labels on them, and send them to my client? I'm appreciative the mistake was fixed. But sometimes, when you have a gross mistake, a little more showing of good will, goes a long way. Did you company really think, I wanted to keep, 36 bars that said they had expired, 20 days ago, when I received them? The new product should of been in the mail, before I was even off the phone, telling of what I received. Shane
