Came in for advice on getting off the cigarettes again and moving away from disposable vapes. I had tried to go back to using my old Innokin T20s however it didnt have the same effect and knew i needed something newer and different, Karl was more than happy to help. He was very knowledgeable about the range of products within the shop. As I had not used the pod vapes before, Karl was able to give me the information that I needed, to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

I left the shop with a vaporesso pod system, and everything I needed for the next few weeks. I opened it as soon as I got back to my car, and have not had a cigarette since. Thank you so much Karl, Andy, and the rest of the gang for supplying the town with a great shop!

I visited Liquid Mist looking for something specific they didnt stock. Andy was amazing, very knowledgeable & friendly, I left with a different understanding on vaping and will certainly be back! What a fab shop on our doorstep! ☆☆☆☆☆

Brought a pulse AIO off these guys.. and unfortunately Royal Mail lost my package and on top of that I picked the last pulse up they had in stock..

So the boss kindly suggested to send his own pulse aio out to me for just postage.. they stayed in contact with me all the way through the trouble Royal Mail gave me. The pulse arrived today in amazing condition. To me that is phenomenal customer service. I will be recommending these to all vapers I know..
