""Fortress" went into liquidation in…"

"Fortress" went into liquidation in February this year but the same Director, Mr Mateusz Marek Tokarczyk, has now set up this company and added "Scotland" at the end. My windows are less than 3 years old and are not fit for purpose. Fortress came out to try and fix them 3 times earlier this year and advised they'd have to be taken away and re packed. Then they completely ignored all my emails, telephone calls and letters (sent recorded delivery).

I was in the process of taking them through the Simple Procedures Court when they went into liquidation in February 2020. Now this company appears - same website, same director , Mr Mateusz Marek Tokarczyk under Fortress Scotland. I will now have to pay for a reputable company to come and fix my windows before winter as the wind and rain coming in is horrendous. I have videos of this.

Hopefully anyone considering using this company will read this and AVOID like the plague. Windows are poor quality and if you have subsequent problems - they won't come near you. I guess after a certain amount of time when problems mount up - they will go into liquidation again and start yet another company. Please use a reputable company don't go for their cheaper prices.
