"3 years and now leaving"
After 3 years with this company they adjusted their plan tiers and I will lose a lot of features that made them good to work with. I will be forced to upgrade my plan from an annual $180 a year to almost $550 a year.
This has made me jump ship!

"Publishing on iPhone is a disaster."
Needed a digital card for a conference. Setting it up was easy enough, however trying to get it to work properly on my iphone was a disaster. You have to get additional software, they try to suck you into yet another micro subscription.
Ended up adding the basic card to my wallet. When I have ti I will get a proper business card organised.
The app has potential, just dont make it so difficult for the user.

"Originally purchased the QR Code…"
Originally purchased the QR Code product with custom domains a few years ago before the acquisitions. After renewing, they started limiting functionality and I couldn't use the custom domains anymore. Multiple calls to support said that they didn't support this anymore and would try to get me a refund. As they merger continued, they kept emailing me to upgrade, to which I responded that my custom domain issue was still unresolved. Now that they have this functionality again, they want me to sign up for $750 per domain.
Parvi said that the best they can do is offer me 50% because of my history.
I shouldn't have to pay extra for a feature that was originally included and taken away due to merger.
I have zero faith that Uniqode will provide and support the product they advertise and will not risk my business with their platform again.

This is a Sales Driven service that does not work when you upgrade. extremely Sales driven - constant emails and updates, but completely unhelpful. Have paid $180 for a service that will not even allow me to log in. Looks like a scam.

Signed up for a "free trial" under the assumption that the QR code I created would be usable going forward.
I had printed materials made and laminated using the single QR Code I created
A few days after I shipped the materials to my customers, Beaconstac sent me an email saying "my QR Codes have expired" and "If you'd like your QR codes to continue working when they're scanned, please upgrade to a paid plan."
Talk about a bait and switch!
What a crock of bull💩
Now I'm faced with the lose-lose situation of continuing to do business with the CROOKS at Beacsonstac (for life with this particular campaign) or spending thousands to RE-PRINT my materials that should have never been messed up in the first place.
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Beaconstac to anyone and I only hope to prevent folks from using their service.
This is not how you do business and Beaconstac needs to be more forthcoming about their "free trial" and the fact that codes will not work unless you pay them forever.
I tried working with them directly to rectify the situation, but they were keen on not helping and screwing me over.
We are a small business and things like this can make-or-break a limited budget to begin with.

Very disingenous company!!! The 'free' QR code is suggested that it is free permanently and that IF you want to get MORE QR codes then you have to pay monthly. I didn't want any more QR codes and was happy with just the one. But now they have disabled the original free QR code and are CONSTANTLY sending emails suggesting that I pay for an upgrade!

"Just doesn't work for digital business card!"
Wanted a digital business card to keep on my phone - read some reviews and this company seemed solid. But the product doesn't work - took an hour to get QR codes and none of them worked. I cancelled my subscription and they have refunded me. Waste of time.

"Clarity of benefits"
Upgrade to get benefits, benefits don't work. Card is charged, customer service is slow to respond. Upgrade upgrade upgrade, but none of the upgrades EVER provide what you need.
