"No verification been sent after testing"
I’m literally leaving for a flight in a few hours and I’ve done my antigen test early yesterday morning and I received an email saying my results where updated to which surprise, when logging in it says it’s still “Awaiting verification”
It’s been past the 12hour window they promise and I’m now left nothing to prove my status... utter trash service absolutely no response despite calling and emailing.
I’m only praying at this point that it sorts itself out otherwise I’ve just lost a flight, hotel and most of all money
I need response now!!!!

Following up on this issue, I feel like u really need to keep tabs on this company if u do decide to order any tests... shouldn't be the customer's job to do chase. Thankfully I managed to get through to them at the right time (2 hours before flight) but who needs that stress??
Won't be using them in the future, sorry, not sorry.

So i managed to get my tests thankfully AND also received an email " Your 101 Testing order is now complete" but when I go to my account on their website nothing has been verified???? I'm so confused as to what is going on here, sent an email and called with no reply, I hope this resolves before my flight tomorrow

Not everything was clear from the beginning about the procedure, but customer service replied swiftly through email and phone. They were very helpful. Test was in time and verified same day. Recommended!

"A couple of problems"
We booked a day 2 and 8 test for my daughter’s return to Scotland from Spain. As I was paying for it I used my credit card and the associated billing address.
We entered my Daughter’s address as the delivery address.
On receipt of the email from 101 there were no passenger details and no booking reference to put on the U.K. pax locator form. Unfortunately by the time we noticed this the office was closed.
Fortunately her flight wasn’t until the next evening, had it been a morning flight she would have been denied boarding by Jet2 as she would not have had the required paperwork.
A phone call the next morning revealed a glitch in 101’s system when two addresses are used. I was assured that the test would be deliver to my daughters address so you can imagine my disappointment when it was delivered to my billing address, 250 miles south of where it should have been!
The representative on the phone was very helpful which is the only reason this is a 3 star rather than a 1 star review. Travel is stressful enough at the moment without errors like this!

"this company charges way too much…"
this company charges way too much 30-minute test I did in Canada 2 hours before I left $67.80 I was in London only 2 days coming back I have to pay $376.94 for a test plus they did not have my test ready somehow I got in plain come back Home to Canada I have to do the test again know I,m trying to get my refund but they will not answer me

"Day 2/8 in-person tests @ High Wycombe"
Positive points: 1) Relatively cheap for in-person customers. 2) Convenient because you could just walk in during open hours. 3) Very friendly and courteous service.
Improvement needed: 1) The online booking process was confusing because you could not easily figure out if you are ordering the postal or in-person tests. 2) Entering the premises was the next hurdle. Clear instructions on how to gain entry would be useful for in-person customers. 3) The house keeping of the office/admin area and the testing area could be massively improved because it was chaotic and messy with boxes and other clutter everywhere. A "health care" environment should be very clean and tidy.
Like most things these days, one has to be quite IT-savvy to get the job done because everything is online self-service.

please do not use 101 testing. they will take your money and send you nothing in return. rude customer service and a complete scam as they tried to steal £160 from me. so many other test packs out there that are legit, do not waste your time and trouble

I made an order for the antigen tests to use on holiday. They said the tests would be delivered within 24 hours, they still haven't turned up 9 days later well after they were needed. No response to my messages from 101 Testing. It seems like a con. I'm having to claim back my money through my credit card company.
Thanks for the response. I was surprised no one got back to my message too! I managed to call yesterday and was offered my money back as the test was delivered 2 days too late as you had a problem with your courier. I had already left on holiday so the test was useless to me. I was offered a refund but strangely asked to pay your additional courier fees which I thought was extremely unreasonable of you. Having confirmed that I would let my credit card company deal with the claim I was assured I would receive a full refund which still has not been made. If you are able to sort this out I would be very grateful as I don't appreciate having to chase this.

In person / In clinic service High Wycombe (Friday PM) x 2 day 2 tests. Excellent value for money once test administered results/certificate received the next day (Saturday PM). Pleasantly surprised would use again.
