"Erroneous charges, They made errors in publishing"

They made errors in publishing. Missing spline info, missing about the author page, then missing the author’s photo. Charged me an extra $200 to make the repairs of there goof up. Then offered to refund the $200 and failed to do so. Had to fire them and get another company to finish. They claimed credit for cover design I gave them.

Working with these guys was different. I had already written my menuscript, so i needed them for editing, proofreading, and the remaining services untill publishing. So, unfortunately, i didn't get to experience their writting skills. But let me tell you, the rest of it was worthy everypenny i spent. Sometimes i'd request multiple revisions, and they would happily work on them.
