So you refunded the purchase, and said keep whatever was sent instead. Whew -

The bamboo sticks were about what I expected coming from China. Dusty, dirty bamboo pieces, several were broken but overall they'll do for outdoor garden use.
Not appropriate for indoor decoration, since visually they look rather dingy and cheap.
