Purchased and paid for product online to be personally collected. Trade counter excellent. However the wait next door to collect the goods seemed interminably.
Pressed the bell for service....nothing. Pressed the bell again....nothing. An adjacent board showing the company name states "since 1890"....it felt as if I had been waiting for service since then. Eventually, two coincidental offers for help...soon my goods are located and I'm read to leave. Quite an experience.

A good quality product (screw cover caps) but I just don't understand why such a sizeable box was used for delivery. 50 caps were ordered...these were provided in small bags and placed in a box about 200mm in all directions. These caps would easily have fitted in a Jiffy bag and then could have been posted through the letter box rather than FedEx calling twice before leaving on porch at the third attempt.
This seems such a waste of packaging and fuel.
