I am writing this review to share that I had a lovely experience moving my stuff from Seattle to Mumbai. It took around 3 months to get the stuff to Mumbai but over the three months the team was in touch with me updating the status of the shipment all the time.
The team was courteous and communicative. I had lot of questions at all the stages and they were happy to reply to my queries.
They also helped clear the customs without me visiting the customs department and handed over the shipment to me on the desired date. There were no items which were broken or damaged which I am super thankful about.
Lastly, I would like to strongly recommend the Universal Relocation for your move.

"Very Good Overall"

I was very happy with the services I used to move 6 boxes from NC, USA to Bangalore, India. I mainly worked with Venkat in the USA and Huzaina in India. They were great at communication throughout the shipment, with just one bit of confusion for me at the end. After the boxes arrived in Chennai, India, it was not as clear what the process was before the boxes would be delivered to me. I had “assumed” they would go through customs in Chennai, but they didn’t do that until they reached Bangalore. As a result, when I got a notification they were on the train to Bangalore, I thought they would be delivered soon.
My shipment arrived one month after the expected date, but I was kept up to date on each delay as it happened. Delays were caused by things not under their control, a little at each step along the way. With all the current COVID delays worldwide, I more or less expected this.
The boxes arrived in very good condition with no problems in 3 months and one week from the pick-up date.

The whole procedure from picking up to delivery (door to door) was very well organized. Huzaina from UR kept me update through out the process, posted me every week regarding the expected date of delivery. I would recommend them for safe and reliable overseas delivery.

When we decided to move back to India we called some of the shipping companies and got a decent quote from Universal. They really handled our goods well and delivered without any damages. Door to door pick up and delivery completed successfully by their professional team. Customer care is excellent in both ends!!

Universal Relocations was my choice after Khushali D. answered and put all my anxiety at bay. Her ever helping and positive attitude made my life so much easier. Can't thank her enough, without her I would not have selected Universal.

The pick up was extremely smooth, and adjusted according to my schedule. I hardly managed to give them a couple of days notice but it was done smoothly. Initially, I did have an issue with the pick up team, but guess, it was mismanaged by someone else.

All along tracking number was provided and I got weekly updates by Huzaina. The best part was the transfer of responsibility between the team was seamless. From Khushali to Huzaina to Sandhya.

In India Sandhya was extremely helpful was always ready to assist and super prompt in responding in the most professional way. Catered to all my concerns and adjusted to my issue to ensure I had a smooth passage. Handled everything until delivery.

And of course, I would like to mention Hariharan, and Virendra. The whole team was super friendly and professional. I would recommend Universal anytime.

Universal Relocations, both in US and India gave excellent, near painless service. The team here in India which included Leon Jeffries, Mohammed Gani and Joseph were unfailingly polite, thoroughly professional and went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly. In a complex operation that involved going through customs and late-night delivery (since within the city premises big trucks are allowed to operate only after 10 pm), they made sure things moved speedily and that I would receive my shipment in a timely manner.
