Had a snagging survey completed by Ryan who was very polite and punctual. Very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond with their aftercare service. Including a further thermal survey conducted by Mo, who again, was really helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t thank them enough for their help in identifying many issues with my new build. Would highly recommend.

So, I used this business for my snagging survey on my new house. Thought it was great value at the time. However, many months on, I've identified myself a number of issues that the snagger probably should have picked up on - including blocked weepholes, walls put of tolerance in the kitchen, unlevel window boards l, the list goes on so frankly feel like I've been robbed on this. Wouldn't recommend.

Our new build developer kept messing us around as to when a PCI snagging check could take place. This meant that NBI had to rearrange inspections on several occasions. Despite these challenges, NBI was extremely flexible and a pleasure to communicate with. I'd like to extend special thanks to Karen, Teigan, and Lorraine for accommodating the multiple rescheduling requests.

The inspection itself was thorough. Stuart, the inspector, did an outstanding job identifying issues with the property. After completing the inspection, he called us to highlight a particular problem that needed immediate attention before we moved in.
