I had Ecodek come out and measure to replace an old timber decking. Spoke to a friendly chap on the phone who booked in a visit. When the salesman arrived, he went through some options and showed me the array of different samples. Quoted on the spot and we were very happy. Few weeks later all installed by some great installers, couldn’t fault them (although they liked their tea). Peace of mind knowing it was all dealt with under 1 roof. Very happy, thanks Ecodek

A Truly Terrible Company with a salesman who plays hide and seek to avoid paying you back the money you're owned. Avoid at all costs as they don't play with a straight bat. Promises are broken, sizes are not what you ordered and and the bloke who sold it to you avoids you at all costs .

We use the Ecodek Signature AT product on our new pontoon installations for the new Marina in South Shields. looking forward to posting pictures of the completed works - the product looks fantastically robust as it is self coloured throughout and has no surface skin like competitive products which could sustain damage in a harsh marine environment. We looked at many products, but Ecvodek looked the most robust and the fact that they manufacture bespoke lengths means zero wastage was a fantastic bonus. Not to mention the staff were a delight to deal with when helping us choose a product.

"Advantages over other manufacterers"

I've found that Ecodek has some major advantages over other composite decking products available. A major one is being able to order custom board lengths which avoids waste - sometimes amounting to considerable square meters of premium deck board ending up in the skip at the end of a project.
Being a UK manufacturer, delivery times weren’t affected by Brexit/ Covid import complications whereas others were measured in months during this period. Also they can supply a complete “decking system” so if the project extends over a lake or includes features such as stairs they have the correct boards, cappings, trims even screws so the end result is finished beautifully and happy clients.
In my eye this outweighs any convenience in ordering materials from your local building merchants.

I can recommend this as a quality product to future customers.

Hello ecodek thank you for your reply in which you stated you sent me a free smart bit which was not in my original order. First of all it was not in my original order because I asked for you to put on the order every thing I needed and you failed to add to the list. Secondly the smart bit you sent to me the following day was too late as my builders went to buy this from jewson as I already explained in my original review. The job was already complete when your smart bit arrived it’s no good to me now and I can send it back to you . I look forward to your reply thanks daksha

"My First Decking Project, using Ecodek"

I had never before undertaken a decking project, so I was pleased to find that the Ecodek website offered lots of information and guides, besides illustrations. My intended deck area was about 4.5m by 3.5m and was well suited to the dimensions of supplied Ecodek components. I decided to make the substructure entirely of composite material, so avoiding timber altogether. I was advised that this would lengthen the installation time significantly but give a much more durable result.
My order for the required materials was fulfilled by Ecodek very promptly and all arrived in perfect condition. The quotation, invoicing and payment procedures were very straightforward. As I got going on the installation I encountered minor details on which I needed further advice, and was pleased to find that on the several occasions I requested this the responses were always very swift and informative: I could not have asked for better.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ecodek without reservation as a highly efficient and engaging company in their customer interaction, supplying beautiful products at good prices and with excellent technical support.
