Graham attended my parents house to deal with a mouse issue. He called me about 15 minutes before call out so I could let them know in advance. He was very friendly and kind to my elderly parents and the issue is in the process of being resolved.

Garry from Owl arrived on site was very professional in the way he dealt with our issue, rodent activity in the attic. He explained exactly what he was doing, how the rodents would consume the bait and then depart the house in search of water. He returned after three weeks and all rodent activity has ceased. We were very happy to have contacted Owl Pest Control as they dealt with our problem in a very professional manner reassuring us that the job was correctly and to a very high standard.
