I joined the PSPO I course taught by Simon Kneafsey and was really enlightened by the trainer's teaching even though it was a short 2-day course. Simon really knows his stuff and have the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. I have attended the 2 days virtual training session with Simon and it was a great leaning experience. I enjoyed the pace at which he introduced the new topics. It wasn't a rush neither it was too slow. The training was very interactive and he encouraged everyone to ask their doubts and questions. He didn't mind explaining the topics again if someone needed more clarity. Practical examples made it very easy to understand the concepts. I will highly recommend Simon as training coach
