The buzzer round was a great addition to interact with everyone and made it so much more fun..brought out lots of competitive sides..
Martin always made sure we all were happy that all our questions were answered on each topic before moving on. No question was too much trouble and he had a very approachable and welcoming manner..highly recommend him as a trainer

This course for 10 of us was our best experience of first aid training, which we have been doing 3-yearly for over 30 years! The mix of practical and theory enabled us all to stay focussed. Plenty of opportunity for questions, and a multiple choice questionnaire at the end confirmed we had absorbed the information. An enjoyable and successful day.
