As a businiess they are nearly there. Just a few opportunities that were missed and that would be easy to rectify would put this supplier at the top of their field.

Communication is not a problem, they are responsive to emails and easy to call when that was quicker. It would be good if the website provided more information in regard to the product to allow you to make a more informed decision. NamestejiUK were great when I had a problem with completing the payment and the items were received without damage, well packed and protected.

I didn't realise how large the box was that my items were being sent in. Had I known there was so much space I would have ordered more items rather than paying for packing material. Also they have a relatively small number of items, however one was out of stock- this was not updated on the website and indeed has not been a week after either.

Overall a good company to do business with and I hope we will be able to form an open and beneficial relationship going forward.
