While I haven't figured everything about how I can utilize the MiniTool ShadowMaker in terms of it's capabilities, I did experience a crash with my pc. Thankfully, though ShadowMaker had stopped working, what was stored in the backup, I was able to, with the help of 2 customer/tech service persons, Nancy and Lula, they helped me to figure out how to look into the backed up file to retrieve much needed files I had lost and couldn't retried on my crashed C drive. For this I am grateful to these two ladies and to MiniTool.
