"Alonso is worth every penny and then some"

Covid has really hard me and I am sure that true for many of us. I was at peak of my mental and physical fitness pre Covid although it all changed in the 4 months during lockdown. I was looking for someone who can help me get back to my physical and mental fitness and Alonso has been instrumental in helping me achieve that. His method of working with physical bodies along with nudging me mentally to accept my present and work towards my goals proves that he is truly an expert personal trainer. I look forward to continue my fitness journey with Alonso and recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a change in a positive and sustainable way.

Alonzo is such a friendly guy and built my confidence up quickly. He really made my first PT session very comfortable and enjoyable. He explained everything throughly and talked me through every move in detail. He is great at pushing you to carry on and work through all the exercises to the best of your ability.

I am 39 and have three kids and I have tried every possible diet to lose weight. They always worked but only for a few months. But then Alonso explained to me how these drastic horrible diets work and why I gained the weight back, sometimes even more than I lost! In 2 months he taught me how to love food and how to listen to my body properly. He indeed changed my relationship with the food! Now I look good I LOOOOVE my new self.
