Had problems arranging the insurance started in evening and then again in the morning, gave them a call and was told not to add the decimal point as you cannot progress if you did. Helpful on the telephone giving advice and offered to stay on the telephone whilst I added the insurance but would of been useful if the system told you as I tried so many times putting in the amount I wanted to be insured. Simple change would of resolved my frustration. Was easy to set up the insurance there afterwards.

Very easy to arrange to extend my cover for extra months. I had to buy new policy, not extend the original but it was easy to do.
