I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MADAMSEW SITE FOR MONTHS NOW BUT TO NO AVAIL I CAN NOT FIND ANY PLACE TO DO IT. MY ONLY RESORT LEFT IS TO NOTIFY FACEBOOK AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT I RECEIVE 5 TO 6 EMAILS A DAY. I JUST WANT TO GET THEM OFF OF MY SITE CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

"Order never arrived"

Order never arrived. Kept getting emails “it’s coming”, “USPS has it”, etc. despite MadamSew claiming the order is insured & they’ll take over once you report an issue, they did nothing. Wish I’d looked at Trustpilot first to see their 2.5-star rating. DON’T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Terrible business ethic.

"Madam Sew can't fulfill orders or communicate with customers effectively!"

Madam Sew lists items that it does not have in stock, takes your order, but can't fulfill the order. I placed an order on 12/31/23 and had to email them several times for the shipping information. After emailing and chatting on 1/10/24, I learned that they did not have all of the items I ordered. They were going to wait until the other items became available to ship. Ridiculous! In the meantime, I'm being bombarded with emails to buy from them! They should fulfill the order I placed before sending additional solicitations. I canceled the order and now have to wait 1-5 business days for my refund! They are not professional or ready for customers.

"I placed an order on Dec 26th"

I placed an order on Dec 26th, 2023 and as of Jan 6th 2024 they have not shipped my order yet. Customer service told me on Jan 3 it would ship in 24 to 48 hours, that time has passed. I'm writing bad reviews everywhere I can and wlll open a complaint with my credit card company for my money back. The items will arrive too late for the event I needed them for.

I ordered from this company because it claimed to be shipping from New York. Upon further digging, it seems they are located in China. It's getting to where you can't trust any online business any more. Also, they signed me up for a newsletter, which I keep unsubscribing to, but they are not listening. I keep getting emails. I am tired, tired, tired, of being duped by Chinese companies shipping from overseas.
