Scam - this is not a real service...it just showed up on my cc beginning in 2024. Disputed charge through bank

100% a scam! My bank account was charged via flex-charge for a software subscription that I did not order and would never subscribe to anything using that particular account! Awaiting refund from flex-charge but in the meantime, I have no idea how they got my account number.

TOTAL SCAM !!! Started charging for a service that was not engaged. Do not know how this happened, but will certainly be blocking them on my CC and disputing the charges through my credit card company. Not clicking on anything in their email.

I do not know if previous positive reviews are for a legitimate company, and a scam group is using their name, but I know my experience is totally a scam.

THIS is a SCAM company!! Do not attempt to download an app (like Google wallet) when they tell you to fill in your credit card info (like I did!) 30 minutes after a purchase I made of theater tickets, I saw that a $2.00 charge out of nowhere showed up with this email address: ACTSOFT.COM
I tried to contact someone on the phone (with the number my bank's fraud department gave to me) - (844)922-7436 - what a joke! They don't even mention the name of this so-called company when the robot answers, and it loops back to say their lines are "so busy with other customers", then is says "Sorry - we couldn't reach you!" BE AWARE!... because their website listing was at the top of Google Search page!

Nice working anti malwares software. I was at a 4th of July bbq and was telling a friend that I don't use any antivirus software, but my computer is pretty buggy, I have some applications that won't delete, etc. My friend suggested to me this Activate security program, so I did a trial and on my first scan, it caught 2 malware and 7 trojans. My computer is running much better, the programs that I couldn't delete before have disappeared... i'm pretty sure I was hacked before this. All in all, good program, and also make sure your computer has an antivirus on it.
