Choosing Fertility Plus Clinic and Dr. Gudi in London was the best decision in our life.
We were strugling with infertility for 6 years. We were trying to get a baby with IVF in our country Slovenia for several times, than we went to the Chezch Republic to try. In all 6 years, there was no success, I didn't even get pregnant. I have only had morulas with all IVF/ICSI treatmens, and in all 6 years I have only had blastocyte once.
Than we found out for Dr. Gudi and Fertility Plus Clinic in London.
At first we were very doubtful …this was a big challenge for us. Flying from Slovenia to London, organizing each trip, financial worries… ICSI in itself is a very mentally demanding process, so we didn't want to make it even more difficult.
But we said: Let's go, it's for our baby.
The first time we had a Zoom meeting with Dr. Gudi, we immediatelly had a good feeling. Dr. Gudi had a plan! And with each subsequent meeting, we trust him more. And he is really worthy of this trust!
Dr. Gudi is a doctor with a big heart. We cannot thank him enough. He really knows what he is doing. He has a lot of knowledge, he is personable and very reassuring.
He delved into our infertility problems and solved them better than any doctor in my life.
Dr. Gudi was trying with all his knowledge and medicines to get us to blastocytes. And we did it. We ended up with 4 perfect blastocysts.
All the treatments at the Fertility Plus clinic were a great experience. Not only Dr. Gudi, the whole team at Fertility Plus were so kind, so reassuring and helpful, we will never forget it. They always welcomed us with a smile, with positive energy...
Every time we had a question or did not know whether we understood correctly due to the different language, we could write or call the clinic and we always received an answer immediately.
Dr. Gudi gave us his personal phone number and whenever we have a question we can text him and he always replies within a minute. This means a lot to us.
It means a lot to us that our financial worries have calmed down as well. Fertility Clinic and Dr. Gudi have absolutely no interest in just getting money from you. Treatment has to be paid for, that's clear...otherwise they really don't care about money compared to some other clinics. Their goal is just to give you a baby.
My boyfriend does't talk about fertility problems in society as much as I do... But since we were on Dr. Gudi's clinic, he has told everyone that the only thing we regret is that we didn't find out about the fertility clinic and Dr. Gudi a few years earlier. How much pain we would have been spared.
But…It's never too late :)
And finally, some really good news. We succeeded, we have now beautiful 1 year and 4 months old baby girl :)
Last week we were in London and we want to introduce baby girl to Dr. Gudi, he welcome us with open hands and heart. This tells a lot of him and Clinic, they are really kind and hearty. All of us were so happy at this meeting.
It was an adventure going to London, to Fertility Plus Clinic…but it was worth every second.

Dr Gudi’s approach was compassionate but realistic and given the odds were against us, we were successful with our first cycle and now 12 weeks pregnant.

After 2 failed IVF treatments I have taken a best decision to choose fertility plus.we are blessed with baby girl after a long wait. I have received the best personalised treatment from Dr.Gudi. The care and treatment Dr.Gudi has given us is always at the top notch level.I would highly recommend Dr.Gudi and fertility plus.

"Medical negligence by Fertility Plus…"

Medical negligence by Fertility Plus has caused harm to my wife’s health and negatively impacted our future fertility treatment.

Undergoing treatment at Fertility Plus has resulted in harm to my wife’s health and wellbeing due a serious failing in patient safety and care that led to her being given 2 months of the completely wrong medication.

My wife did hours of research into suitable fertility clinics and identified Fertility Plus as being the one best placed to help her given the issues we have been facing during our fertility journey.

We had an initial consultation with Mr Gudi who was very positive and felt that assisted conception would be best placed to help us at this stage so recommended that my wife takes Letrozole 5mg for a total of 3 months to help with ovulation so gave the initial course of this in a box.

My wife then went on to see Dr Nisha for her appointments and was given a paper bag that had strips of medication in it. Although these were meant to be more of the Letrozole, we discovered that she was actually given Levothyroxine 25mcg. This is an entirely different medication that is used to treat hypothyroidism; a condition my wife does not suffer from. This is a serious mistake as not only was she not given the medication she was recommended, but rather been taking a medication that is not needed and has subsequently affected her thyroid gland.

As a doctor myself, I am fully aware of the issues taking medication that you do not need can have on the body and as well as having taken this wrongly given medication for two months; she has also experienced side effects. Her menstrual cycle has become irregular; something that she has never experienced before in her life. This not only impacts our future fertility treatment but has also led to her worrying about what other effects taking this wrongly given medication has had on her health. It has also caused her to feel more anxious during a time that has already been most challenging both mentally and physically.

We are both very upset given this serious mistake that has had a detrimental effect on my wife’s health and feel completely let down as well as having no trust in Fertility Plus. After informing them of their error and our concerns we were not even offered an apology. We sincerely hope no one else suffers as we have.

After over 6 years of trying for an baby and having went through a recently failed IVF cycle from a well known private clinic in London, I was really devastated and lost nearly all hope in IVF ever being successful for me.

Upon recommendation from a friend. I then went to Dr Gudi for a consultation. His approach was starkly different in a positive way. I didn’t feel like a number, he reviewed me holistically and regularly as an individual and rather than undergoing a medicated cycle right away, ensured that my medical situation was optimal before doing this, and that I was taking the right medications and undergoing the relevant lifestyle adjustments to supplement this in the meantime. Any questions I had I would be able to message Dr Gudi/Dr Shah/the rest of the clinical team for medical advice - many thanks to Katherine, Kristina and Michaela and the rest of the staff who have been amazing and so supportive with all my queries. Some may have been frustrated with having to wait before undergoing a cycle, but I was so grateful and willing to do this because doing so ensured success in both cycles that I underwent with this clinic (I am now over 9 weeks pregnant). Crucially, it is always important to get a second opinion and I am so grateful I done that with FertilityPlus.

We had started our fertility treatment in another fertility clinic and after the unsuccessful first transfer, we had connected with Fertility Plus. Dr Gudi has alived our dream to become parents as we are now 8 weeks pregnant.
Changing the clinic and starting the treatment under Dr Gudi was one of the best decisions we had ever made. Best things I/we have found:

- The best thing about Dr Gudi is he is available 24x7. Whatever queries we had he answered those within a few minutes.
