Die Qualität ist leider nicht so wie erwartet. Der Stoff und auch die Stäbe sind nicht perfekt verarbeitet. Das tippi ist auch leider nicht so stabil wie erwartet. Haben es wieder zurück geschickt.

"Been almost 4 weeks and order is still in Poland!"
Shocking service! Ordered a tipi for my daughter’s birthday with what I thought was time to spare with their ‘7-9 business day delivery’. It’s now been 16 business days, almost 4 weeks, and my order is still ‘stored in delivery centre Poland’.
I’ve been in email contact for 2 weeks now asking progress and was told I would receive the item today. It’s still in Poland not shipped! I’ve asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled, but told this cannot happen. I’m now seeking to cancel this payment with my bank and order elsewhere, as I feel like I’ve been scammed… my daughters birthday was over a week ago now and still no gift!

"Such a dissapointing experience"
I was really looking forward to receiving the play mat and cushions for my daughter. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel was lost in transit and I'm having to chase Fun with Mum who are slow is responding, not proactive and unfortunately have not yet resolved the issue. I'm still waiting to receive a refund for an order placed on 20th October. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that despite many messages, nothing appears to happen.

Read through negative reviews as well I just looked at the first page of good reviews but bad reviews all say similar thing would have made me rethink. I ordered from this company on the 21st October for my daughters 4th birthday. Been told today NOT BY THE COMPANY that my order is still in Poland 3 weeks after ordering. The communication has been terrible and when they reply to my emails I just get told it’s on the way.

I asked for a super fast delivery and she didn't hesitate to answer me on the weekend that she's going to prioritize my order and send it right away on Monday morning. So my order made its way from Poland to Switzerland in 2 days. Thank you so much! We love the quality and color of the product!!
