Micaela was my contact at this company, and I told her about the problem, and when Amazon confirmed the refund for the wrong purchase, I would be in contact with her again. Amazon did refund, and I placed an order for the correct item, a 30" elec cooktop, with Micaela. She gave me a price quote, (slightly lower than the previous cost through Amazon), which I was delighted with, and placed the order. She said it would take about 2 wks for delivery, but the item was delivered quicker than that. I installed the item, read the short operating directions, and was very happy with the purchase. Throughout this whole ordeal, Micaela was always on top of things and was exceptionally helpful. I could not be happier, and should an occasion come again where I am in need of an appliance, would not hesitate to contact Home Outlet Direct.
