I am still waiting on my order that was placed on Oct 2 that I paid extra shipping on to receive by Oct 6. It is now Nov 16. I have emailed for help and they continue to send me tracking info, which shows the package has been sitting in Memphis, TN since the order was placed. I don’t need the order anymore, as the party I needed it for has passed. I need a refund and would not recommend this place to anyone. They are terrible.
