"Multiple IGNORED requests to stop the Subscription"

I have asked via the instructed channels to discontinue my subscription. No one replies. They surely keep trying to charge me and request payments for boxes that they haven’t sent. But they don’t respond to requests to end the subscription. Really my only complaint. The products they have are really good. But this is irritating. The other part is that the shipping costs are a big chunk of what the cost is.

This is a great idea. The issue? Some of us retirees are getting less than $1000. a month. We are considered 200% below poverty. Yes, here in the US. We cannot afford to support Israeli artisans. Blessings on your endeavor.

I received my first box and was so thankful for all the wonderful products from Israel! I was surprised and grateful that Lev Haolam had started such a wonderful plan! I am in it forever. The main reason is to help our Christian brothers and sisters in a faraway land where this opportunity is the only possible way for me to visit the Holy Land and learn about their culture and lives.

We are so grateful to be able to encourage small businesses. Then to receive a box that has been filled with such a variety of wonderful products is a bonus. But There’s more! The staff are so friendly and helpful it’s unreal!
But then as we open each box we are confronted with a complete vista of artworks on top of everything else. WOW!
