I worked with Maggie at deBebians to order my 15 year anniversary ring. It was important to me to have a ring that would go with my antique engagement ring. I shopped around at jewelry stores in my area so I knew exactly what size and style I wanted and was able to get it at deBebians for a much better price then anywhere around me. I was a little nervous at first to order an expensive piece of jewelry online, but I read the reviews and Maggie was so nice to work with that I went for it. So Happy I did and I will definitely recommend and use them again. I can't stop admiring my ring and i get constant compliments on how sparkly and beautiful it is.

The staff here is so helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and that the order is perfect. When you are dealing with an important piece of jewelry like an engagement ring, that kind of reassurance is priceless. Although I found the pricing to be very reasonable as well.

I purchased an engagement ring (diamond and setting), and I could not be happier with both the finished product and the service from debebians. They had a wide variety of settings including the exact one I was looking for, and Sam (one of the employees there), after consulting with me, made it even better and bling-ier with added diamonds to the setting to make it sparkle that much more. When I was told my original choice of diamond was not available, the staff worked with me to find a similar diamond in terms of quality and price, and I ended up finding an even better one that way. The whole process of buying a ring was long and at time difficult, but the staff was in constant contact with me via phone and email with an update every 1-4 days which was very helpful. I'm very happy with the overall experience, and I would happily recommend them to anyone who asked. My girlfriend (now fiancee) agrees!

I just bought my ring AND my fiances ring from debebians.com and I wanted to write a review especially in light of some of the reviews I read online about their company. (I think people tend to write negative reviews but not the positive ones so I wanted to write my own review too to let everyone know what a POSITIVE experience I had with them!!)
I bought my and my future (now we're married!!!) husbands wedding rings. debebians.com exceeded ALL our expectations. When our wedding rings arrived via FedEx I couldn't wait to open the package. debebians.com sent our wedding rings in beautiful black leather jewelry boxes. I got my finance a platinum wedding ring and we saved 50% from what our local jeweler was going to charge. My ring is a diamond eternity ring. My diamond ring even came with an appraisal. I was a little nervous about buying diamond jewelry online so I took the ring to my local jeweler and had it appraised. Everything checked out and I couldn't be more happy! Thanks debebians!!!!
