"Untrustworthy and incompetent."

Pre-booked a taxi on-line several days in advance for 03.30 to the airport. Didn't turn up, number continually engaged. Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn't recommend this company - untrustworthy and incompetent.

Booked and paid for a taxi from the Airport, it did not arrive, called to find out where it was, told someone would call me back, called again to be told car had broken down, and could not find a replacement, promised a refund, but it has not been received yet !
