I made my first order with them online, and found their website to be very friendly. I asked for the wine to be shipped. I got a communication from them they were holding the wine for a couple of days because of cold weather conditions, which was very appropriate. When the weather improved they shipped it, and in a couple of days I got the wine.

I placed my first order to Wine Cellarage for seven bottles of red wine. Unfortunately, I received seven bottles of white wine from the same vintner, with wine bearing a similar name to that which I had ordered. When I called Wine Cellarage, the CEO not only offered to track down and send me the missing wine but offered me the white wine gratis because of the inconvenience that their error had caused over the holiday period. This was a wonderful gesture and completely unnecessary from my perspective but speaks highly of the first class nature of this operation and its staff!
