"Purchased 10 square meters 2 Months…"

Purchased 10 square meters 2 Months back but before the tiles could be laid realised I needed 13 square meters only to go back to the tile co and the ivory shades had changed, so I requested if the old shade could be returned and I buy the new shade in 13 square meters only to be told unfortunately they can't and no real explanation as to why.
Would not support this store going forward

I liked the selection on offer and ordering was simple ,I received my tiles in good time and the condition was fine . No breakables and a prompt delivery . YET , my tile order has left me disappointed and so did the customer service call . I spoke with Luke . I explained that my order was of the Nikea mix tiles an assortment of 27 different styles of tile and picked at random . I only need 100 so I was expecting 4-6 of each design . What I got was a mix of 21 different tiles and 10 of one and 9 of another . Yet only 1 of 2 different designs . This is going to compromise the design of the tiles in my small kitchen .
Back to my reason for poor customer service . I called promptly to inform customer service (Luke ) that as above I had received 19 %of the order in just 2 tiles . They come directly from the manufacturer I was told so nothing I we can do that’s it I’m afraid . I explained my disappointment saying that this should be explained in the advertisement of the tiles . I’m told it is and sorry this has happened before and nothing we can do . I Could However return and reorder . I explained that the delivery cost was more than 1 box of tiles and that would be expensive for me . No offer of free return or re deliveries . Just sorry nothing we can do . I suggested that they might want to inform the manufacturer and or change them having had this happen before . I also told Luke that I would be leaving this review as it’s important to know . Not great customer service experience . I could do such a better job maybe a little more empathy Luke . After all I did part with my hard earned money to get what I thought would be a really great tile . The website looks great shame it can’t be backed up with a more helpful after service after you got the sale . In fact started off with 3 stars going to down grade to 2 many thanks . Shame on you

Excellent quality tiles - even better than I expected. At a good price and delivered quickly.
They also spotted an issue with my delivery address and contacted me to sort this out.
I’d happily recommend them based on this purchase.
