I had a marketing plan and I had some appreciation of my numbers, tech, processes and so on, but from the very first session with Cecelia she got me and my business straight away. She quickly understood where I was position wise, what I needed and how we reach the goals set by me and the business.

I of course had a marketing and sales strategy in place, but the business plan piece now has the numbers, process and technology point of view. And Cecelia also talked to me about goal setting as well as aligning these goals with social impact in mind.

As a result of our sessions, I now have a well crafted, well worded, detailed yet succinct business framework document and business plan to work on, use to acquire funding and to keep the business accountable and on track.
These have been invaluable.
