I requested a sample to make sure that I had the right mat. However, the sample was very small and did not show that your mats would not line up with the same pattern as my mats. So, when I called to return your mats, I was told that I would be paying for my return shipping and being charged a 25% restocking fee, which I think is ridiculous.

The Marley is fine, but the rolls came in to where when you roll it out, the Marley is upside down, which made it much more difficult to lay down the flooring.

Even though this was a small purchase, the customer service rep was very helpful and efficient. The mats were barely scuffed, and they look great in our laundry entrance. They are the high quality product I expected based on a previous order.
