"This is the worst Loan company ever"

This is the worst Loan company ever. It's best to avoid them and take your business elsewhere.

I missed one direct debit when I was on holiday and they promptly issued a small claim against me and my company. I called them to explain the situation and offered to pay by direct debit over the phone. They would not take debit card payments. The only payment methods available to them were bank transfers or another direct debit. I explained to them that I can make the payment over the phone as it was easier but my explanation fell on deaf ears. I can't believe that in this day and age a loan company has no facility to accept payments over the phone. I then managed to get the bank transfer done and they still proceeded to file the small claims. There is no customer care at all. Horrible customer service. Best avoided.

The only communication I ever received were email notifications of failed DD payments. I was on holiday and therefore not checking my emails.The emails have no information on how I could make an alternative payment, not even a phone number. The missed payment was on 1 Jan and 3 weeks later you issued a court claim. Replay my conversation with your assistant again and you will note that you confirmed that you never attempted to call me at all. In her own words, you are not obliged to call me. I had to 2 further emails before I could get confirmation that the court claim will be cancelled.
