got a quote from them to remove all the soot from the walls of a burn out garage. Say they could do it, no problem, gave all the BS about using this method (very high pressure hot steam) and that equipment (DOFF machine) and these many days (5 Days) and to hire a electric man lift for 5 days etc.
Paid the money upfront (£4000).
Then all the true colours show.
They do the job miraculously in TWO days.
They dont bring a Electric hire lift but charged me £595 for the lift, and then have the audacity to use my ladders to reach up
They use a simple deisel powered jet washer and try to wash it off with that. so i said what happened to this DOFF machine which works at 170 degrees? "oh we dont need that, this will do the job!!!" Cheeky robbers.
So i told them not happy for the bininshed job, it was crap, they came back did half a job and left 2 walls.
i told them come back as im not happy, so they demanded more money.
I had held back 10% so they demanded that. But i realised hold on, the thieves never brought a electric lift but they charged me for 5 days use of that.
absolute day-light robbery.
Please dont trust their work. they will say they work for Amazon etc, but today, who doesnt work for amazon, they own this damn world.
