Really pleased with the installation of my Worcester Bosch as a replacement for a 20 year old boiler as I now have a very efficient and reliable boiler.

No plan and took a long time to fix the boiler, still have a issues with the heating since they fitted the boiler, upstairs radiators not heating up properly,
Not professional at all and I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything about the process was simple. Installer came out and inspected the old boiler and then provided a cost for the installation of the Worcester boiler. Installation date agreed and the engineer turn up on time. Installed the boiler with the minimum of disruption, clearing any waste during the installation and left property exactly the way found it. I have no complaints at all.
