but that is what i paid for, so it gets an average score
the downside is that I have been badgered to write a review that I saw no good reason to do so

So initially I was dubious about buying a reconditioned laptop but after reading it was a Manufacturer's Guaranteed refurb I took the plunge. The laptop was delivered earlier than expected which was fantastic. The original packaging was not supplied but the laptop was very well packaged and protected. so far so good the laptop hasn't missed a beat.

AT THE SIDE OF A SKIP IN THE YARD. IT WAS ONLY FOUND BY ACCIDENT 2 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY. THERE WAS SOMEONE ON THE PREMISES WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY.

Thanks for the web this store came up in my search! Looked all over and this EuroPC laptop had the specs I needed plus saved £££! The laptop was boxed well and delivered within 72H tracked (from a UK warehouse). Laptop visibly zero sign of use and as new. Quickly adapted to Italian keyboard, not a problem as also quick to set up English keyboard + on screen when needed. Overall good value and great purchase with EuroPC.

First class items and service.
Excellence is shown above all in the management of troubles, in my case a damaged package, delivered by the courier at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. Sent photos, I was called on the phone by EuroPc (Charles) after 60 seconds! Solved everything in a magnificent and professional way by the entire EuroPc staff.
Highly suggested.
