"Opened packaging and replaced goods"

In my order it was clearly described what I should receive - a Daikin LAN adapter BRP069A61. Upon receiving the item I saw that the carton had already been opened by their employee and I took a photo which I sent. Looking at the contents of the package, I saw that their employee had replaced the BRP069A61 device with the cheaper BRP069A62. The A62 terminal is the basic version (remote control only), and the A61 is the advanced version, which, in addition to the remote control function, allows cooperation with a photovoltaic installation and the intelligent energy network Smart Grid. Inside is a small electronic board.
This company is dishonest and I advise you to avoid cooperation with them.

"Ordered a boiler but never received it, money lost..."

Ordered a boiler to complete my heatpump installation.
Asked every month for a status update, but never got my ordered (and paid) boiler.
Every time I got the response "Yes, you will get it soon".
After a half year asked to cancel my order, but they do not send the money back.
Stay away from this shop!

"Warmtepomp met transport schade"

Product gekocht in september, deze heeft schade wegens transport en tot nu toe geen hulp of geld terug van shopclima. Ook moet ik ieder keer na status vragen. Ik heb de idee dat ze hopen dat ik opgeef en niet hoeven terugbetalen. Gaat om een monoblock warmtepomp van Panasonic 7 kw van j serie.

Ho acquistato un climatizzatore dual split della mitsubishi. Arrivato in pochissimi giorni perfettamente intatto.
