As far as I can tell, there were a few complications in this year’s tax declaration (due to the stimulus packages, new rules, etc.) and TaxBasket kept me abreast of all those and also the steps they were going to take.
I would like to extend a special thanks to Musteba Buyukdag, the founder of TaxBasket, for his patience and responsiveness. I am a bit ignorant about the US tax system and I raised too many questions to him and he patiently and promptly answered all of them.
I like their sharefile portal which they use to collect information from their customers and also to upload the documents coming from their side.
Ultimately, I was completely satisfied with their customer oriented service and I look forward to working with them again.
