The prices are perfect especially for business owners Dr. and estheticians. I have yet to be disappointed with their service or products. I’m all about saving a buck and quality. I ordered what I assumed was a true Dr. Pen. The pen was defective and because of this I caused small faint lines under my eye area on both eyes. The pen only vibrated and did not function the way it was supposed to. On top of that they were insisting I was not using the device correctly. I sent them a video to confirm it was defective. They refused to give me a refund and still wanted me to ship back a broken device all the way back to china. Either these pens are imitation of the real Dr Pen or something very serious is going on they are sending people dangerous devices that dont work. Awful experience. Also these people insulted me with foul language after seeing my reviews posted on trust pilot and other sites. I will soon be ordering the real pen from the US site to correct also the tears under my eyes. Please be careful of where you buy.
