We have been working extensively with Semiosis for over three years. They maintain our booking system (php, sql, js, css) and our websites in WordPress.

The communication is fantastic (by phone, by email or WhatsApp). We have always had one permanent contact person and that has worked well and satisfactorily. If things got really difficult, we could make video calls with the contact person and the developer in question.

It is important to indicate in detail and document what is expected, because language and distance remain difficult in communication. Also, sometimes, in our case, I have to take into account a large time difference.

Semiosis has done a lot of work for us and we are still extremely satisfied with it. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. Errors are repaired quickly and free of charge. In short, hats off!
