I had not ticked the deliver to my home address button and when I e-mailed them they were able to give me a number of options and then were extremely understanding and helped me by then sending a quick PayPal request for postage and they were here quicker than they had estimated. It’s rare to find such professional customer service that is also quick at responding and also able to accommodate and rectify the issue in the way they did. Thank you.
