After over a year of attempting to sell a property with different agents I approached Oliver. The property in question was outside his usual area but he was keen and enthusiastic to give it a go. All I can say is I whish I'd of approached him sooner. The property completed sale on November 15th 2024 after only being on the market with him for around 6 weeks. He went above and beyond to secure a sale, dealing with all viewings although the property was an hour round trip for him.
Oliver gave excellent recommendation on how best to market the property to achieve the best price. I would suggest anyone struggling to sell speak to Oliver, his sale technique is excellent.
