Planning has been pretty smooth! Found them on tiktok and have since used them as my de-facto planner instead of Excel/ Sheets. So much potential but please also fix the login issues. Other than that i really love the calendar and drag & drrop functions as a free travel planner

Additionally, we asked for some arrangements, such as choosing our own restaurants for meals, and he responded flexibly to our requests. The hospitality was also excellent, and I highly recommend it.

I used Holicay to plan my trip to Japan and it was quite useful because there is a lot of recommendations over there. However the coverage for some countries is not as good. Hopefully there will be a mobile App and it'll make trip planning much easier. The concierge service is also really good, its flexible and can help you manage bookings and changes during the trip. Would highly recommend them if you don't have time to make a concrete trip plan

Great service and customer support! Our tour guide Yan was very responsive and looked out for us a lot on our trip to Mekong and Can Tho. We had a good impression from the start when he replied promptly on whatsapp and picked us up from the meeting point at the bus interchange. Especially for the second part of the day when we had to cycle in the afternoon heat and humidity, some terrains were elevated and there were slopes on both sides of the pavement but Yan guided us and often looked back to check on us if we were having difficulty navigating the roads!
