"Unfair review"

I gave a one star review. This was unfair, it had been one of those days. As soon as Workboots.ie found out that someone had made a genuine mistake in the warehouse the correct boots were sent out. I received a prompt response and apology. So it's only fair that I adjust my review to five stars for excellent customer support.
