"Knowledgeable and Non-Judgy"

I just started with Shenelle and she has been awesome so far! It is so nice having someone guide you and help you make the right decisions. She is very knowledgeable and it definitely helps that she has gone through WLS as well. She's always available to answer questions and has a very open and honest conversation with you. I am incredibly scared of failing (like every other time I've lost weight in the past) so it is really nice having someone to lean on throughout (what I know) is going to be a hard journey. She has also been great at giving suggestions to a picky eater! I definitely did not feel judged and left feeling like I've got this!

Shenelle has been amazing so far! I love her energy and she really knows how to bring out the best in people. I am 5wks PO Bariatric surgery and I am glad that I am working on my food addiction now rather than later. It helps to have someone on your side who has lived it as well. I would totally recommend her to anyone struggling with food.

My first interactions with Shenelle were on TikTok I stumbled upon a live feed and she was so informative and so welcoming. I found her extremely relatable and chose to buy her package for 24/7 coaching so far she has been amazing, responsive and extremely supportive. I’m going into my surgery knowing that I have someone on the other side who is going to be able to hold my hand and guide me through this process it honestly has been one of the biggest things that has calmed down my anxiety and my fears about this she has given me the encouragement and the strength to know that I have this and that I am going to accomplish everything I said out to because she’s got my back I can’t thank her enough and I can’t wait to share my after photos and after story when we reach my goal.
